  9. In 1996 Mark won a Mid-America Emmy Award for a local TV news promo.

  12. Maria once co-wrote/produced/starred in a video sword and sorcery flick, Song of the Sword, in which she portrayed a scantily clad, sword-wielding warrior chick. This was long before Xena, Warrior Princess, was as much as a gleam in a producer's eye (but long after Edgar Rice Burroughs).

  14. At a gig, Megan and Maria's drink try may contain any or all of the following shared items: water, Guinness, cappuccino, Drambuie, Coke with lime, fruit juice, single malt scotch, and a double latte'! (Where's the Pepto Bismol?)

They are also the only band we know of that once performed in full body condoms. Folks, it doesn't get any weirder than this, we hope!
